Seriously, this jacket should cost $140 or more. I have no idea how something of such high quality costs so little. I have $400 worth of Codura travel backpacks and this item is definitely Codura. It's very noticeable at night and during the day you can remove the inner lining to reveal the entire mesh lining. It is breathable and waterproof. Won't even let bugs splatter on it. Everything about nudity is hot on a bike in Texas, but this piece is so well ventilated that I'm dry in about 5 minutes in the air conditioning. Advantages: 1. clearly visible 2. very good and detachable pad3. Waterproof 4. Breathable5. Tons of pockets.6. Very, very strong Velcro. Well built seams8. Real Nylon Codura.9. Well ventilated for a thick riding jacket. Two minuses: 1. The zipper on the back grill is already broken. For $40 I don't care and any tailor can fix it cheaply. 2. Safety Issue: If your helmet has a quick release chin strap, the velcro on the neck of this item WILL attach and detach to the strap while riding. You must close the collar or pin the Velcro with a safety pin if you want the collar open. An accident is a matter of life or death, don't take it lately.
