The dashboard is very robust so it's easy to navigate and access data that I would need at any given time.The system has not been 100% reliable. It does not always sync with a third party application. There are several ways to resolve this issue. I have found some good workarounds by creating my own tables in Excel but it will not be perfect. The platform provides all necessary tools to run a successful online reservation system. Their support is also top notch. They will assist you every step of the way. The only thing I dislike about them is that there is no live chat option available. Their customer support is also excellent. The overall experience and implementation was great. They helped us to use their service as an advantage and they gave us tips and tricks to improve our performance.
