It works! Lip Balm Lip Balm
I love those plump lips! To get the full effect, it must be applied to clean, dry lips. I definitely feel the plumping effect (tingle/tingle that you would expect from plump lips) and my lips look great with it. He has no taste. The tightening effect is temporary, but that's to be expected. It's made in China, which doesn't impress me, but overall it's good value for money.
