Broke after first use
Initially I was happy with this scanner. Touch screen, easy to use, I liked it. But I used it once and after two days it stopped working, it won't turn on. Thinking I'm doing something wrong I tried charging it from both the power cord and the connection to my car but nothing worked so I ended up emailing the seller to ask if there was a way reset it or something like that. No, they said just send it back. So I'm sending it back. It hasn't been a week and I have to send it back.
