Review on Business Music Provider by John Floyd

I like how easy it was for me as an owner/operator of my facility to use this system with our clients! It's very user friendly for everyone no matter what level of experience there may be within their organization. There are some items missing or not available in certain areas but those things can easily be added by contacting support quickly & efficiently. It would also help if they had better staff training regarding using these programs since sometimes we do have issues getting answers when needed. As mentioned before, the ability of employees within your facilities being able to access any client account without having to call out every time makes everything easier!
