Review on πŸ”Œ UL Listed Wall Adapter: Cable Matters 3-Pack 3 Outlet Power Cube Tap - Gray by Ari Tanner

Note the orientation and size of the socket

The devices appear to be of good quality. I have found that there are several different socket orientations on similar adapters. I advise you to pay attention to the orientation. See photos. You'll have to decide if you're going to be connecting large power supply blocks and their pin orientation, just extension cords, or whatever. I bought several adapters in two different designs. Sometimes it's handy for me to extend the first adapter with one or two more to create additional outlets. Pay attention to what happens in the photos when I do this. Outlets are not designed to maintain the same orientation to each other when you plug another into a front panel outlet. UPDATE: Size matters! When trying to use them, I found that they are significantly larger than traditional triple taps. Adapters I've used for years (Leviton still makes them). I guess they were interested in a more modern style for them, but the end result is that I can't use them in outlets that have 2 USB ports in between because they block the adjacent USB port so much I can't can .use. Of course it's no problem if I don't want to use the port.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
