Easy to use, good customer support (both in terms of phone calls or emails), allows you to access your database from anywhere with an internet connection - very helpful if you're travelling out of town! I wish there were more templates available that weren't so specific. Sometimes it's difficult to find what you need when creating your new template. You can upload a logo into Suite Expert which helps save time by not having to spend hours searching through stock images each month. It also saves us money since we don't have to pay licensing fees anymore.
