Reliable software & easy-to follow guides

Easy to use, good customer support (both in terms of phone calls or emails), allows you to access your database from anywhere with an internet connection - very helpful if you're travelling out of town! I wish there were more templates available that weren't so specific. Sometimes it's difficult to find what you need when creating your new template. You can upload a logo into Suite Expert which helps save time by not having to spend hours searching through stock images each month. It also…

Great for uploading and troubleshooting issues

I like that Suite Expert has multiple ways to upload files, it's not so picky about what kind of file you send in either! There are some things i dislike as well but nothing too major- we just have different preferences with how our reports look when they're uploaded into XRS which can cause inconsistencies sometimes (we use both). If there should be something else added then please do ask because its hard enough having only one program out this time around without adding another piece or two…
