I like that we can use it in multiple departments without having IT support or needing extensive training/knowledge to set up each department's functionality.
It is not as user friendly for non-technical staff - which makes sense since they are using this tool daily with their own personal tasks but does limit our ability to grow within an organization if you do require more complex solutions such as workflows etc.. We are able to integrate many applications (eBay, Salesforce) into one system instead of creating individual integrations for all data sources. This allows us to maintain consistency throughout our systems while also streamlining how quickly information flows between them.
