The system is easy for users as it has all the features one needs in an HSE management software including incident reporting which i think was lacking from other systems out there at this time! As usual when dealing with any new vendor they have issues but these are quickly overcome by having great customer support who listen carefully what you need then go about providing them without fail every step of way - very professional approach. I would say look into their technical team first before deciding whether or not they can deliver your requirements well enough (as most companies do). We needed something simple yet robust so we could track our incidents effectively.
