More than a dowel driver
Glue dowelling is less common and not as strong as the biscuit method. This is a temporary connection for my needs. I use it for custom extensions in dining table like applications. This dowel tool does its job well and is inexpensive. The main reason for purchasing this jig is the use of an offset center scriber. It's worth the price. As advertised.
