So easy and fun to use, this system is awesome! The booklet is colorful and very easy to use, very durable. The bands are all of excellent quality and make it easy to exercise regardless of your fitness level. I use them to warm up before going to the shooting range. They are very easy to attach to almost anything to get those all-important stretch marks. Also, there are some great lower back exercises that I've always had to work on. I really didn't expect to like it so much and I can't recommend it highly enough! Will get two more for my brothers!
