BUY ELSEWHERE

I'm giving two stars because the colors are so pretty but the quality is terrible. I bought another set of tulle from the fabric store along with this one and made tutus out of each one. The tutu I made with this tulle was tacky, tangled and tangled while the tutu I made with tulle from the fabric store was perfect and didn't tangle, tangle or smear.
