Review on GenCrafts Pouring Neon Acrylic Paint by Heather Shaw

This paint is complete crap. It says it doesn't need a cell activator and produces a lot of cells itself, which is utter nonsense. I just did 2 fills, a flip cup and a napkin and none of the cells showed up on the flip cup and both have turned out horrible because the paint is too runny and watery. And do not use this paint in the smudge technique - it's a waste of time. Too bad I didn't buy it, wasted money. And it's supposed to be neon, so why the hell did they put that ugly blue in there and call it "Electric Blue"!? There's absolutely nothing electrifying about that boring ass color and they should have used a bold turquoise instead. Ugh, so screwed up because I used almost all the paint on two small canvases, so it's not much.
