I decided to take LACTEA Smart Double for the sake of saving time, since there is so little of it with the child. The breast pump has several modes, I chose a convenient one for myself, plus 2 pumping phases. At first, the process is actively going on, then more slowly, but deeper, just like a baby . You can adjust the power along the way, but I already know my power, I turn it on right away
