So many good things, but the heater isn't enough

Okay, there are things I like and things I don't like. Likes: - Multiple massage options on spinners. After a few minutes, the first setting was aching in my legs and I was relieved to find that the smaller settings were more tolerant of my nerves. - Heavy-duty carry handle! It's strong enough to help you pick this thing up while it's filled with water and then curl up into invisibility while you're using it. Astonishing! - The water pressure in the spa is pleasant and constant. - The "hum" the engine makes is not unbearably loud and annoying. - The control panel is easy to read and navigate. Thanks very much! Dislikes: - The water heater doesn't seem to heat the water. it simply recycles any water at its current temperature. I fill it up with hot water first, then it's no problem for me. But for those hesitant to carry a heavy basket of hot water, note that the heater doesn't work very well. Or. it may take a VERY long time to heat up. - The pumice stone in the center of the hot tub is useless except as a place to relax. - Nowhere in the instruction manual does it state whether the bath salts are safe to use in this spa for legs. I would like to know! Without clear instructions, it leaves your usage open to speculation, which puts me off using it. I want to use salt but I don't want to damage the massage rollers. would you risk it
