UPDATE: I've had the bag for a year now, I don't carry much of it on my shoulder strap so it's of little use. I used it last weekend and the clip on the bag's shoulder strap broke. My bag fell on the floor of the airport bus I was on with all my very expensive photography equipment. The pad on my shoulder strap came loose on the bus and I didn't notice until I got off the bus and she was long gone. This is the second broken clip on the shoulder strap. Not happy at all. The bag went from 5 stars to 3 stars. I will not ask the company for a new strap as my camera gear cannot be dropped on the floor again. ORIGINAL POST: I love this bag! Actually, I use it as a camera bag. I can store my DSL camera, lenses, computer, lots of little things and everything else I need. The ability to transform from a shoulder bag to a backpack is amazing! When I received it, one of the buckles on the strap was broken. I contacted the company and they sent me a new bracelet. Cool bag and great service.
