Review on πŸ’Ž Diamond-Plate Single-Duplex Wall Plate with Varying Packaging by Kavon Wiley

double whammy twice price

I almost didn't buy these cases because the pictures looked like the black border was just painted on and not too accurate. But since they were less than half the price of similar ones (that I'd previously bought for another location), I decided to give them a try. I was so pleasantly surprised I had to tell someone. Don't pay attention to the photos. These are sturdy, well made covers that fit snugly to the wall (unlike others which are convex) and have a rubber edging around them. You look VERY cool. The black frame makes the diamond plate "pop out" of the wall (again unlike others I've had) and has a much greater impact. The details of the diamond plate are clear and distinct. They should be stamped out of metal to lift the part, but they don't look like cheap "blurred" stampings. Unlike full diamond convex inserts, they have no sharp edges or bits where the metal is bent. So don't rip open your shirt sleeve if you're cleaning it in passing. The size of the plate is standard in the sense that it is no bigger or smaller than most plastic plates that most of us hate. These plates are perfect for the man cave, garage, boys room or any place you just want something industrial. This is a great purchase and they are very well made. I have purchased matching light switch covers and will be purchasing more for another location. At half the price and even better than comparable records, I couldn't be happier.
