so i'll be honest i really like the look of this bag, i like the color and i like the wings on it. I have to say I was a bit intimidated by some of the reviews. from other bags but when this one came there was some plastic on it and most of the metal wasn't scratched at all except where the little handle is which doesn't really bother me but I can see why some people would be concerned. Some say it came dirty, with scratches, but mine wasn't. Another thing that was mentioned was that the wings on the sides of the bag give a bit, which doesn't bother me at all. I kind of like it, but I can understand that some people don't like it either. One last thing I just want to clarify is that this bag is a bit small/compact when it comes to how much stuff you put in it, but it is stated very clearly in the photos because it gives you the dimensions. Overall I really love this bag.
