With trepidation and a little bit of fear I tried this product and it cured all my (engine) problems. Here's my story. My used 2012 Prius V had 297,000 miles on it and one day the check engine light came on. The next day the temperature gauge came on. I made it to the dealer through frequent sprays and rebuilt the water pump and intake manifold. A few days after the repair I smelled coolant and assumed it was because I had carelessly topped up between the warning light and the dealership visit. Then I notice smoke in the exhaust. For the next few days, the car will twitch when starting and using the combustion engine. Then the engine light came on again. The dealer checked it and said it was misfiring on cylinders 1 and 2 and probably a head gasket leak. A service for this will break the bank. The dealer cleared the codes and told me to keep an eye on the coolant as they needed to add a liter a week after the service. I researched this product and bought a misfire reset code reader. The misfiring continued in cylinders 1, 2 and 3. The cold coolant level continued to drop. Last spring I was nervous about buying a $275,000 used car. Research led me to Bar, but given the extreme reviews I had questions and concerns. The person on the other end of the 800 helped me explain the process of using this product on a Prius that shuts the engine off at idle, so I gave it a try. I put 1/2 bottle in the tank and off we went. 35 minutes with the heating switched on. Since then (1000 km ago) the engine light hasn't come on, the car didn't jerk when it misfires and I didn't have to top up the coolant. Conclusion: the product worked for me as described.
