Update: Guess what I got in the mail today? Dryer exchange! I was shocked! I opened the box and the cable is the same as the first one. I haven't tried yet. Will update my post when I do. However, I will say that Vermi is the pinnacle of customer care and service. I cannot rate this product yet. It arrived as stated by Revane, properly packaged and securely boxed. I have read the manual. Very easy to follow. Following the instructions I connected the cable to the block and then to the wall. He walked very quietly and began to scoop water into the pan. I touched the plug on the cord that was plugged into an outlet on the wall and the "box" that the plug was in was warm. So I disabled the lock. I looked through the manual and found that the picture/drawing of the power cord in the manual is very different from what I received in the box. ! I called the phone number listed in the manual and Vremi Rep representatives said they would seek a technician's opinion - stop using the product - and contact me with further instructions. Monday 15th July 2019 So I'm waiting for your reply. I'm worried: did I get the right plug/cable for my home? With all the international goods being produced and shipped am I right? I will try to attach a photo of the image in the manual and a photo of what I received.
