Great experience dealing and implementing Cyber Essentials solution
I like that they have such great customer service! They're always willing & able for any questions you may need answered or assistance with anything related cyber security-related product/service issues (if needed).
It's very easy working w this team because everyone seems so knowledgeable about their respective role within our organization as well has being helpful when it comes time during implementation process - especially if there ever was an issue along those lines we were having trouble resolving ourselves at first hand knowledge came into play which helped tremendously!! The fact alone makes me want more from my contact person who would be assigned next should something similar arise again down line. A lot less work involved than expected once implemented by these guys since everything seemed pretty much self explanatory upon learning all aspects prior to installation phase.- Security Audit reports / recommendations provided via email after each scan completed.
