The product was good in theory. It was attractive. The wall brackets are easy to install and the instructions were straightforward - again I have experience installing and assembling furniture kits. The problem occurred during the tightening process. The wire didn't stay firmly in the right bracket when I tried the left bracket, no matter how hard I tightened those two tiny screws. As soon as I tried to tighten the wire on the left side, the wire on the right side pulled out. After about three tries, the screws on the right side had snapped off, so I couldn't tell if it would hold if I held the wire. On the left, the tightening process was almost ridiculous: I try to tighten it and it just rewinds and never tightens. Wire tension was too tight. At one point, a small wrench clicked on my knuckle, so it was funny. Then I grabbed it and thought it worked for a second. and the wire popped out on the right side. Instead, we bought some end caps and a dowel rod (like the kind you have in your closet) at a hardware store. Purpose: divide a room with a curtain.
