There really is nothing to hate here. This is an ethernet network cable splitter. Allows you to turn one network port into two. Now I can connect my TV and games console at the same time. I had no lags with this splitter. I tested the speed before and after installing this RJ45 network adapter with 1 to 2 port ethernet splitter and there was no statistical difference in internet speed. It's small enough to go almost unnoticed. Pretty durable for what it is. works for me
