I have PCOS so I have facial hair and it's VERY noticeable. I shaved twice a day: the chin, the bottom of the cheeks, and the bottom of the chin, so to speak, at the neck. It was awkward. I found this and read the reviews, one woman said it helped her and she also has PCOS. I washed my face very well before applying and I applied it TWICE every day from 6/1/17 to 6/19/17 and didn't have to shave that much this morning, just a quick pass. I also spray a small amount, I spritz about 4 good sprays on each section and sort of massage it. IT WORKS, it just takes time and effort and for me it was worth the money I spent! I can touch my face and feel it is soft and not hoarse. I can look in the mirror and not see the 5 o'clock shadow. Give it time and be consistent. I didn't have a day and I love the results!
