I've just received and unboxed it. Packaged in foam block within lightplastic envelop and arrived in perfect form. This is my favored-size French press for a large mug full once a day. I have larger size all metal another brand if I want more. Please check the size of press you order in the description!I do recommend this. It has satisfactory fit and finish .not a luxury one - as can be felt with cheap plastic handle. The glass is held tightly by metal partial housing. It is very attractive in the cooper finish. I hope the metal protects the glass chamber a little.
