the only thing wrong with this product is that the handle part no longer automatically locks when you put it back in the vacuum, you have to put it in the locking position ( red button under the handle) to snap onto the long part of the suction tube, this is a very minor inconvenience but this part replaced my original hose which splintered and lost suction. I've had this vacuum since 2012 and it still works amazing and love how easy it is to clean and worth replacing the handle/hose nozzle to keep the vacuum running well! And very easy to install!
