Advantages: The size approached. The material keeps you warm and helps with swimming. Cons: The gluing and sewing of the material is poor and it is poorly supported. After my second swim (2-3 hours of swimming) the glue on my right thigh came off and only thin sutures held it in place. After my 5th swim (only 5 hours + usage) the left side started to open. Then, shortly after, the glue and stitching between the insides of the legs came loose (about 15 hours of sailing in total). Extra: I'm training for IronMan and wanted to test a cheaper suit to see if it was any good, but it didn't last. I had about 15 hours total sailing time. The suit has come apart ESPECIALLY in areas of high movement (thighs, outer/inner thighs). After spending $180 on this suit, I should have saved up and invested in a $300-$500 Roka swimsuit.
