As a hesitant sports and outdoors enthusiast, I decided to try this product, but was ultimately disappointed. As a result of using this product, I found that it was uncomfortable and incredibly bulky making it difficult to move around with ease. The only pro was that it did provide some much-needed support during rehab, but the cons outweighed this benefit.
