I was nervous about this chair - I hate buying things that aren't Amazon Prime since I always worrying about having to return it or something. But the reviews for it were so good and it was what I was looking for and the price was spot on so I went for it. Very glad I did. When it arrived I was even more nervous as the box looked like hell and things just seemed to be thrown in - no filler packaging to keep things in place. all parts were wrapped in thick foam - but still there was a knock on the way to my front door. But luckily they didn't have any damage - it was just as easy to assemble as any of these chairs (took me about 20-30 minutes). It looks great, but more importantly, this thing is CRAZY comfortable. I hate furniture that looks like it's going to be very comfortable, then you sit in it only to find it's stiff and you're fooled. That's not the point - the pillows are amazing. Another thing I love is that I can slide almost entirely under my desk (I hate that with chairs with armrests - when the armrests prevent you from sliding it under the desk when not in use). I have to lower it beforehand - and the armrests only go down about ½ - but still better than most. My table is not a typical table. My friend called it "Shabby Chic" - I have no idea what that means, but it's an old door over two filing cabinets. So I think it's about an inch bigger than most tables. Overall I'm very happy with the chair and glad I took the risk.
