We use refernet as our main means of referring customers for advice services at an area level. It is easy to set up within your own organisation (we have over 100 users) so it's not difficult for staff members who are new into the role. The service has been very reliable when we've needed help/advice during office hours - no need to call out! Easy reporting mechanism too. Nothing really that I dislike about this product but there could maybe be more options available under'more' section for some things such as 'additional contacts'. This would make life easier if you're trying to refer someone away from one team member towards another department e.g. debt advisors v credit repair specialists etc. If you want something simple then go ahead otherwise look elsewhere. Currently using it to provide contact information between departments where people can't physically meet each other.
