This seller's customer service was exemplary. They responded immediately when I contacted them and solved my problems perfectly. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone considering doing business with them. Please note: It was not clear from the product description that this is actually a non-standard (US) threaded stand with the included 5/8 thread adapter required for use with US mic clamps. I don't like using these adapters which are finicky, time consuming and frustrating. They end up getting stuck in the mic clamp and need a tool to get them out every time! (a strong gloved hand will not work) The "lock nut" on this stand is not on a 5/8 thread but on a finer thread below so try to use it to make fine adjustments in this regard , delicate and makes the microphone more prone to misalignment. Otherwise, this is a very good quality stand for the price. I will epoxy the adapter to the stand and then buy a 5/8 locknut for the threads. Seller should think about it before shipping to USA for sale. On the plus side, this stand has a much better build quality than any other stand I've tried in this price range. This is the main reason I give it 4 stars despite the vague product description not mentioning an adapter when stating the US thread size. The locking mechanism for the main pivot/dipperstick in particular is fine - much better than most in this price range. It's not as good as K&M stands, which admittedly are a lot more expensive.
