If you are looking for a powerful moving air ceiling fan then this is it! I replaced a weaker fan in my large upstairs bedroom that just wasn't working. I installed this fan which was very easy; and was very impressed with the amount of air this fan moves! Even though it doesn't come with a lighting kit, I still give it 5 stars based on its performance. A bit noisy at high RPM as the fan blades cut through the air, but not overly annoying. Also for those who are planning to buy one of these fans; You can install the blades first if you want to use the bottom bar that comes with the kit. Since the blades are screwed on from above, it can get tight when attaching a screwdriver.
