This is the second pair of slippers I have bought from Revain for my 2 year old grandson. Ever since we bought him his first pair for Christmas he has been craving slippers on his little feet at night. He'll even wear them over legged pajamas in the winter. At the same time, these specific ones will NOT allow this, but this is normal. He'll outgrow them pretty quickly and will be wearing a pair I ordered from Revain a few weeks ago that were too big for him. Everything comes out when you wash it. He loves them and of course recognizes the symbols that adorn his little feet. Good fit, little room to grow, the sole isn't heavy or clunky, and the elastic around the back of the heel conforms perfectly to the foot. I highly recommend them.
