Great customer support, professional managers

The level of service is amazing and there are always great people to work with at all times. I haven't had any problems working for them in the time that i have been hired to help manage their team on my project. They make it quick and easy when you need something done quickly.

We would love to use more than one vendor but they cannot afford us more workers as we need someone all day every day. It has allowed me to focus 100% on our customers without having to worry about scheduling time out of my life while also ensuring I'm getting paid what I should be to complete a task or two each week.

Pros

There aren’t many services like this anymore where everything comes together from finding good candidates, hiring through an agency who hires those same employees directly into your workplace then providing training which provides consistent productivity across both departments so long term retention can continue once new positions get filled by outsourcing
