Seriously Complicated Assembly

The pre-punched cutouts are slightly smaller than they should be and the tight fit makes it unclear how deep each post is. It's hard to get it right, and the taller it gets, the harder it becomes to ensure the resulting structure is square and solid. If you turn one of the racks upside down (it's EASY!), you'll have to break it apart and start over.
