Bought a flower hat (size 6-24ms). My daughter is 19 months and her head diameter is about 18.7 inches and this hat fits perfectly! I love that it has a drawstring to hold it up rather than the usual time and it can also be adjusted near the edges to adjust the size which is a great feature! The brim is generous too ( just under 3 inches wide), not too big but big enough to protect from the sun. The inside of the hat has a nice mesh material that helps you cool off in the heat. I am very satisfied with this purchase and can only recommend it!
