Can't find a replacement?
I received my HP laptop a week ago today. During installation, I found that the speakers had a defective clicking sound and wanted to get a replacement. This is a good laptop with very good specs. The problem is that when you select the 'Return' or 'Replace' button, it says this laptop cannot be returned. I need help returning and getting a replacement. I love HP quality and Revain's return policy, but it frustrates me and implies I'm stuck with a faulty laptop. Please help. TO UPDATE; PConline365 was quick to contact me and suggested fixes which I am implementing. A star upgrade.
