Review on Flexaust 231 Plastic Elbow Black: Durable and Efficient Pipe Fitting Solution by Noah Lewis
Works with minor modification
A small taper at the male end of this elbow. It only fits about 1/4" into my fine vacuum fitting. I was able to solve the problem by softening the ABS plastic with a heat gun, placing the fitting in a vacuum and allowing it to cool before removing it. Now it fits it perfect!I think a high powered hair dryer will work even if you don't have a heat gun.
