I was so hoping that this would work based on the positive feedback. I first tried to find an R22 leak in my home HVAC system. He found nothing at all sensitivity levels. My friend who had a very expensive one came and found it in no time. I then checked for an R134a leak in my old car. It was indeed clear that the leak was at the front of the compressor as there was oil and dust near the coupling/front seal. It didn't work there at 60psi in the system. Finally, I tested it myself by blasting my bottom sideline when he sniffed right at the line - still no warning. It didn't work for me. General. I do not recommend.
