This product is a fail for any food service industry. The MATERIAL is flimsy and easily rips. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice i can say that these disposables are not worth the money and will need to be replaced frequently. Industrial and Scientific quality should be at a minimum for food service businesses, and this product does not meet those standards. The only pro is that they are square, which can sometimes be useful, but the cons far outweigh this small benefit .Avoid at all costs..
