I had read from some reviews that the product was not well packaged. Believe me it was over-protected from both the seller and from Revain. It took me a few minutes to unpack and unravel. It has an tight fitting red-velvet bag. I also bought the matching mini Ash-URN and it too is wonderful workmanship and comes with a small black-velvet presentation box (also over-packaged). After seeing many funeral sale's presentations; both urns are in my opinion bargains. The lid screws on tightly, the colors are as I expected from the photos, and they are heavy and feel like quality good!. I am sure that these urns will last for many generations. The sizes were exactly as expected. TG
