A bit heavier than many parchment papers. Strong box doesn't break down.

There is no good substitute for parchment paper. This is a very nice paper; thicker than many others and unbleached. Like others, I appreciate being able to use the cutter on the box without the box coming apart on me.This is a nice, large roll that is easy to handle. Even though it is larger than many rolls available in the grocery store, it is as easy to handle.

Reduces the amount of cleaning that needs to be done on various surfaces

The parchment paper may release a strong odor while cooking
