After three months, we could no longer detect it. Tested it out on several PCs. I went on the ADATA website in search of a customer service contact and failed. If you have any inquiries, please use this form. The product's serial number must be entered with the problem description. It's also not on the actual product. The form is not submitted if a serial number is not provided. It's not clear what to do.
