Very nutritious, tasty, satisfying. A very good drink, also to replace a meal.
My mother drinks one of these every day for lunch. During the day she doesn't like to eat a lot so this provides lots of vitamins, proteins etc. without a lot of added sugar and calories. She loves vanilla and won't let me buy other flavors for her. She's tried other drinks like SlimFast, some protein drinks, etc., but she says it doesn't make her feel as full and satisfied. Since she wants to use it to replace food, that's a big plus.
