Bought this controller after reading all the reviews. I figured it was probably the best with the highest quality for the money. Unfortunately after 2 weeks it stopped working. I can no longer make any print adjustments, either up or down. No matter how I turn the adjustment screw, there is no change from 30psi. I was able to adjust it for the first two weeks, but I found that it wouldn't hold the pressure I had chosen for very long. It kept changing from my 45 pound setting to 60 psi. After moving to the second RV park we camped at, it no longer adjusts. As my 30 day return period has expired, I must contact the manufacturer to have it repaired or replaced. I cannot recommend this controller. After reading this review, the seller wrote to me apologizing for the defective product. They offered to send a new regulator for free. I got a new regulator and it seems to be working fine. That's what I call customer service. I've edited this review to reflect their care and excellent customer service. Thanks very much!
