Good product. easy to use easy to clean easy to store

I love this product because it has everything you would expect from a tofu press and they put a lot of thought into the design. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and self-contained. The spring is only adjusted to the correct tension. It comes with two plastic plates with holes so it presses evenly and flows well. When the pressing is done, the box itself has a ledge to drain excess water, so the process isn't messy at all. When you're done with that, all the pieces will come out nice and clean and fold back nicely into the container.
