This is the first time I purchase foot sleeves even though I am relying on orthotic insoles for daily work and workout and I am so glad I did. These socks give you the right amount of arch support and relieve your foot and leg pain. My feet had so much pain due to flat footed which result in heel pain and leg pain over time. Now the pain are much relieved when i wear these socks. What's more, they are very comfortable to wear. They are snug but not too tight to make you sweat and very easy to put on. The size is perfect for me. They retained their shape and compression after several weeks of wearing and washing. I am so glad that I purchased these product. Will buy again in another color.
