Never worked to begin with

This scale has not worked since I took it out of the box. I've tried everything to calibrate it properly but it's all over the place and a total mess. I compared it to other scales side by side and the weight it showed for a quarter was incorrect and was nowhere near the weight shown on other scales that showed the correct weight for the same weighted quarter. I honestly have nothing positive to say about this scale. If a scale can't do its only job, which is to ensure the correct weight of an item, what good is it?

Pros
