I like how easy it makes finding customer data through Zapier integrations with other apps such as Google Analytics which also helps you understand user behavior in real time without needing an employee or any technical expertise at all! It has been very helpful for us since our customers are spread across multiple states within US so trying find out where they really live by using IP geolocation service (I think) can be difficult sometimes because not every location database provider provides API's etc.. Overall we have had no issues but if there were one thing i would suggest improving - maybe having some sort of FAQ section explaining things easier when searching specific terms? Also make sure before signing up get notified about what features will work best depending upon use case / business model involved!! We used this tool mostly just as marketing automation platform along side HubSpot CRM system while collecting emails from users who wanted access certain resources related to services provided via website hosted here @ watchfulteam@hubspotcom.
